These terms cover dynamicinnovationsfinishes.com and repair work you hire Dynamic Innovations & Finishes LLC to do in Illinois. Using the site or approving a quote means you agree to them.

The Work

Dynamic Innovations & Finishes LLC repairs residential and commercial sliding doors, pocket doors, and windows in Chicago and suburbs. Our own technicians do the work. The scope and the flat-rate price are confirmed before repair work begins. There is no trip charge when you approve the repair. If a frame is too damaged to repair, we say so instead of selling a whole-house replacement package.

Emergency board-up and off-track repair can be scheduled outside ordinary shop hours. A quote for emergency work is still confirmed before we start, except when you ask us to secure an exposed opening immediately and accept the rate we state on the call.

What We Need From You

You agree to give safe access to the door or window, a working path for the panel if it has to come out of the opening, and a yes or no on the written quote. Delays caused by locked buildings, association rules, or a changed scope can move the appointment.

Use of This Website

Pricing

Prices on the site describe typical repairs and are not a bid. Your price is the flat rate we confirm for your opening before tools come out. If the site and your approved quote ever disagree, the quote controls.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Text (708) 475-1095 to send a photo or ask for a quote. We reply with scheduling and repair updates. We do not send third-party marketing texts.

  • You opt in by texting us first or by giving us your mobile number when you request a quote. Consent is not a condition of buying a repair.
  • Message frequency depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to end texts. You will get one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@dynamicinnovationsfinishes.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limits

Not every opening can be repaired. Glass lead times, discontinued hardware, and hidden rot can change what is possible. We do not guarantee that a door or window will be repairable until we have seen it. Warranties we do offer are written on the invoice for that job.

The website is provided as is. To the extent Illinois law allows, Dynamic Innovations & Finishes LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim about a repair is limited to the amount you paid us for that repair.

Illinois Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
